JiliPhPro Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JiliPhPro website at https://jiliphpro.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the JiliPhPro Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you're always up to date.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on JiliPhPro, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JiliPhPro strictly prohibits access by minors and will close any account where age cannot be verified or where underage play is suspected.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming are legally permitted at the time of placing a bet or playing a game.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close relative of an employee of JiliPhPro or any affiliated company, supplier, or licensing body connected to the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from any licensed gambling platform in the Philippines or be listed on any exclusion register that applies to JiliPhPro.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

JiliPhPro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on JiliPhPro. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, JiliPhPro will close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the member from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. Any winnings accrued under a fraudulently created account will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. JiliPhPro will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact our support team immediately via support@jiliphpro.app. JiliPhPro will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

As a licensed platform, JiliPhPro is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License) and proof of payment method. Accounts where KYC has not been completed may have withdrawals held until verification is finalized.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JiliPhPro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-local payment channels, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and others). We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed in your account settings.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Maximum limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the transaction flow. There is no maximum cap on deposits from verified accounts, subject to payment provider limits.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your JiliPhPro wallet almost instantly. Bank transfers (InstaPay/PESONet) may take up to one banking day. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within minutes during business hours once any applicable wagering requirements are met. Bank withdrawals may take up to one banking day.

4.4 Same Source Rule

Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. JiliPhPro reserves the right to request additional verification if withdrawal patterns appear inconsistent with deposit history.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by JiliPhPro are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. The general rules in this section apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion details. Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided or cancelled will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states it can be combined with another active offer. Attempting to stack bonuses in an unauthorized way may result in the forfeiture of all active bonus balances.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

JiliPhPro takes bonus abuse seriously. If we detect systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots or automated tools, or coordinating bets with other accounts to guarantee outcomes — the involved accounts will be closed and bonus balances forfeited. We want bonuses to be enjoyed by genuine members, not gamed by bad actors.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet placed on JiliPhPro is only valid once you receive a confirmation notification showing a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, session timeouts, or system errors — will not be honored and any deducted stake will be returned to your wallet.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognized sports data provider. In the event of a discrepancy between JiliPhPro's results and another source, the official ruling of the governing body or JiliPhPro's approved data provider will take precedence.

6.3 Obvious Errors

JiliPhPro reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly posted in error — for example, a decimal odds value of 100.00 for a strong favorite due to a data feed glitch. We will notify affected members promptly and return stakes. We will not void correctly priced bets that simply resulted in losses for the Platform.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake is ₱10 per bet selection. Maximum stakes vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. JiliPhPro may reduce maximum stake limits for specific members where irregular betting patterns have been detected, in line with our risk management policy.

7 Casino and Games

All casino games and live dealer tables available on JiliPhPro — including Color Game, live baccarat, roulette, and slot titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform, dealers, or members.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section where required by our licensing agreement. Members acknowledge that all casino games have a built-in house edge and that past outcomes do not predict future results.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be completed and settled based on the result recorded at the server level at the time of disconnection. If no valid round was in progress, any stake will be returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JiliPhPro and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal referral:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Members who discover a technical error are required to report it to support immediately.
• Match-fixing, coordinating bets with inside knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome.
• Money laundering, using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Impersonating another member, JiliPhPro staff, or any third party.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of a self-exclusion agreement or regulatory ban.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JiliPhPro platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive property of JiliPhPro or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform commercially.

10 Privacy

Your use of JiliPhPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with payment processors, licensing regulators, and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and meeting our legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

JiliPhPro provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JiliPhPro's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JiliPhPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may close your JiliPhPro account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jiliphpro.app. Before closure, any real-money balance (after deducting active bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12.2 Closure by JiliPhPro

JiliPhPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or our responsible gaming obligations. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and referral to relevant authorities.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your JiliPhPro experience, please contact our support team first at support@jiliphpro.app. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority overseeing JiliPhPro's gaming license. Details of the licensing authority are available upon request from our support team.

These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of the JiliPhPro Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

JiliPhPro reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via the email or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and any real-money balance will be returned to you.
